Via a well walkable staircase leads to the apartment****. You enter in a modern kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. Behind the kitchen there is a modern bright bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and toilet. You continue to a cozy bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). Bed linen and bath towels are provided of course.
Another staircase takes you to the bright, friendly living room with TV corner, DVD-player and an additional sofa bed (1,40 x 2,00 m). Two large terraces offer views over the scenic town of Ahrweiler and the surrounding vineyards.
Parking is free available in an underground car park nearby. On the ground floor there is a room with a washing machine and a Dryer and space for safe storage of your bikes. However, we also offer you a ladies’ and a men’s bicycle free of charge.
We regret that we cannot allow pets because of the parquet floor. Smoking is not permitted in the house, a bank on the terrace offers a place for smokers.
